  • Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods

Shipping Time

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days
  • These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, or held packages once they have been dispatched
  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
