Refund Policy
All of our heels are handmade to order, meaning each pair is individually crafted specifically for you. Due to this, we operate a strict refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
- The item arrives severely damaged (not caused by the shipping carrier), or
- The item is significantly not as described
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Ordering mistakes made by the customer
- Shipping delays
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature of the product
Reporting an Issue
You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your item to be eligible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo/video evidence of the issue
Failure to contact us within this timeframe will result in your request being declined.
Return Requirement (Mandatory)
To be eligible for any refund or replacement:
- The item must be returned to us (please reach out to us for return details)
- Return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer
- The item must be in its original condition
Refunds will not be issued without a returned item.
Important Notes
As each pair is handmade, slight differences in appearance, material, or finish are normal and do not qualify as defects.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
